As we all know, there is a lot of paperwork in health
care facilities, even in our Recreation and Activity
Departments. Many times we do not like the forms we are
currently using and just do not have the time to re-do
them. Re-Creative Resources, Inc. has a wide variety
of forms, manuals, training materials, and videos
that you may find useful in your department.
All materials will be sent via e-mail for you to
download. Items are typically emailed within 24 hours or less but please allow up to 72 hours. If you do not receive your item within 3 days of purchase, please contact Kim via the CONTACT US form or call 732-340-1210. This gives you the opportunity to individualize
each form for your facility without having to take the
time to start from scratch. You can add your facility
name, title of the department, facility logo, specialized
services, etc. or use as is. We do ask that you abide by the Terms
of Use.

Blocked Emails

It seems that there's been an increase in emails being blocked lately with Gmail and AOL. If you order a product from me or write to me and you do not receive your product or a response from me, it is likely my response is either in you spam or junk mail or was blocked altogether. I pride myself in responding in a timely manner to the many inquires I receive so PLEASE contact me if you are not receiving emails from me. Your best bet at that point is to simply call me at 732-340-1210.
