This session is designed to provide information that will assist Recreation Directors or supervisors in the development and provision of an on-going quality monitoring program in long term care. The session includes an overview of QA/CQI, a step by step review of the QA/CQI process, sample areas to monitor and data collection methods featuring a demonstration of the ProActivity Reports computer software program.
