The Three R’s of Volunteer Management: Recruit, Retain, Recognize

This session is designed to inform and educate healthcare professionals regarding volunteer programs and resources utilized to enhance the quality of life and functional status of long-term care residents. Areas covered include volunteer recruitment, interviewing, orientation and training, evaluating volunteers, recognition, termination, and program evaluation. Refreshments will be served. All participants receive the Re-Creative Resources Inc. resident volunteer program, entitled the R.A.V.E. Program (Resident-Assisted Volunteer Enrichment Program).
