Dreaming and remembering dreams is a crucial aspect of spiritual healing and expansion, and of course, a good night's sleep is integral to our overall physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Dream recollection and analysis is a popular question I receive. Below are some tips and techniques.
Sleeping with crystals is one of the many ways in which we can harness their glorious energies. Ben agrees. He's sleeping soundly cuddling his beautiful Blue Lace Agate.
Some tips include:
Place crystals under the mattress, bed, or pillow.
Hold a crystal in your hand, place on the nightstand, etc.
Put a crystal inside a pillowcase and put another pillowcase over in the opposite direction to keep crystals secure inside the pillow case.
Place smaller stones in organza bags so they don't go flying about while sleeping.
Make a mobile out of beads or use on a dream catcher.
Make a crystal spray and spray on pillow and sheets.
Be sure to check your bedding before doing laundry so that the sparklies don't accidently get washed and dried (they don't like that).
Caution: Be careful about too much crystal energy, especially while sleeping. We are very open to these energies and it could interfere with your sleep.
